As a Learning Support Assistant, you will assist teachers in supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities. This Learning Support Assistant position offers flexible daily work or long-term career progression with stable pay rates.

Key Tasks:
* Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1 on 1 or in small groups as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
* Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.
* Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
* Track, monitor, and report student progress to teachers and specialists.

Requirements:
* Proven experience or relevant training as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant.
* Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
