About the role:

• Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs

• Working closely with teaching staff to help pupils engage with learning

• Building positive relationships and acting as a strong role model

The ideal candidate:

• Is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in education

• Has previous experience working with children or young people or strong transferable skills (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, care work, mentoring, or similar)

• Is resilient, patient, and keen to develop professionally
