What You'll Do

As part of our Flexible Teaching Pool, you may be asked to:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Health, Care and Early Years programmes.
• Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for further study and employment.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Share current industry practice and professional expertise.
• Contribute to positive learner experiences and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• A Level 3 qualification or higher and/or industry experience in Health, Care or Early Years
• Strong knowledge of your specialist area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and equality
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential
