About the Role

Our Client is seeking two passionate and dedicated Lecturers in Inclusive Curriculum to support learners with a wide range of additional needs and help them achieve their full potential.

This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, providing academic and pastoral support, and helping learners develop the skills, confidence, and independence required for further study, employment, and everyday life.

You will work closely with curriculum teams, student support services, and external partners to create an engaging, inclusive learning environment that enables all learners to succeed regardless of their individual challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching and assessment across a range of learning programmes.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to a high standard.
  • Set clear targets and monitor learner progress through effective tracking and support.
  • Maintain accurate records including attendance, achievement, and learner support information.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to learners as a tutor.
  • Support learners to progress into further education, employment, or training.
  • Work collaboratively with curriculum colleagues and support services to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Participate in learner recruitment, interviews, enrolment, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to quality assurance, moderation, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Promote work experience and enrichment opportunities that support learner development.

About You

  • Experience of teaching, training, or supporting learners in an educational setting.
  • Relevant vocational or professional qualification.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • Literacy and numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or above.
  • Ability to deliver engaging learning to students with a range of abilities and needs.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
