I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a well-established national law firm based in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, personable and professional individual who enjoys speaking with people and delivering excellent customer service.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £23,132.20 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm - 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch
Contract: Permanent, full-time
What will you be doing?
- Handling a high volume of incoming telephone calls and new client enquiries.
- Recording information accurately and updating internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate office or member of the legal team.
- Carrying out initial conflict checks and maintaining confidential records.
- Welcoming clients and visitors and providing a professional first impression.
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly, empathetic and approachable personality.
- The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
