Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £40k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, our client is recruiting for a knowledgeable Legionella Remedial Plumber to cover commercial, public sector and local authority sites. We are ideally seeking someone within or close to the M25 for easier travel across the region. You will be joining a successful and professional Water Hygiene / Legionella specialist, who have a national presence and busy client portfolio. They are able to support hardworking individuals with further training and development within the industry. In addition, they are offering excellent salaries and benefits packages, including a company vehicle.
                                                                             
We are ideally seeking someone from: Dartford, Gravesend, Erith, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Croydon, Mitcham, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Woking, Hounslow, Windsor, Slough, Southall, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Enfield, Potters Bar, Enfield, Cheshunt, Epping, Chigwell, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Grays, Tilbury.

Experience / Qualifications:
-    Track record working as a Remedial Plumber within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
-    Will be qualified with the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
-    It would be advantageous to hold the NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and / or the G3 Unvented ticket
-    Robust industry technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
-    Flexibility to travel in line with company needs
-    Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
-    Deadleg removals
-    TMV replacements, servicing and installations
-    Cold water storage tank refurbishments and replacements
-    Vessel purges
-    Installing isolation valves
-    Adjusting pipework and replacing where needed
-    Servicing on unvented cylinders
-    Fault finding on existing systems and making appropriate recommendations for repairs
-    Completing regular service reports
-    Ordering materials / parts as required
-    Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
