Job Title: Lettings Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday

Location: West Bromwich, Birmingham

Our highly respected and forward-thinking client is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lettings Manager to lead their vibrant team in West Bromwich! This is your chance to shine in a hands-on leadership role where you can make a real impact and help shape the future of residential lettings in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the West Bromwich lettings team (currently 2 negotiators, with plans to expand to 3)
• Manage daily lettings operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Support valuations and property listings to attract new clients
• Drive new business generation and increase market share
• Deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
• Motivate and develop team performance to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local property market

What you'll bring:

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire your team
• Target-driven mindset focused on delivering outstanding results
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Resilient, positive, and proactive approach to challenges
• Local area knowledge is a plus!
