I’m currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager for their York branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role or an existing Manager looking for a stronger platform, better earning potential, and real autonomy to grow a business.
The Opportunity
You’ll take full responsibility for driving lettings performance across the branch - leading from the front, developing your team, and increasing market share.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be just as comfortable winning business as you are coaching your team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing lettings team
- Driving new business and conducting lettings valuations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Increasing market share and overall branch performance
- Coaching and mentoring staff to maximise individual and team output
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
About You
- Proven background in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Manager level)
- Strong track record in winning instructions and generating business
- A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure (strong OTE potential)
