We are currently recruiting for a fantastic nursery setting in Oxford that is looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team.

Location: Oxford, OX3 7XP
Pay: £30,056 per annum (£14.40 per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

As an Early Years Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and have fun.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
• Supporting each child's individual learning and development
• Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Creating a warm, caring and stimulating environment
• Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families
• Working closely with colleagues to provide excellent standards of care
• Supporting children's wellbeing, development and learning
• Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding

You will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in a full and relevant UK-recognised Early Years discipline
• A strong understanding of the EYFS
• Good knowledge of safeguarding children
• A genuine passion for working with children
• A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
