Temp-to-Perm Opportunities | You Decide Your Day Rate

We are looking to speak with Teachers and Teaching Assistants in and around Cambridge who would be interested in working within an SEMH provision.

We are especially keen to hear from Primary Teachers. If you have a Primary background and are interested in using your skills within a specialist SEMH environment, we would really like to speak with you.

These opportunities are temp-to-perm, giving both you and the school the chance to make sure the fit is right before considering anything permanent.

While there is no guarantee of a permanent position, there is a strong possibility for the right candidates. We actively encourage schools to use temp-to-perm recruitment as an opportunity to find the right person, rather than simply filling a gap.

A little different from the usual agency approach...

You tell us the day rate you want. Not the other way around.

Let us know what you feel your experience is worth and what you would need to make the opportunity work. You decide your rate and we do the rest, speaking with the school and representing you.

We also know registering with recruitment agencies isn't exactly anyone's idea of a good time.

That's why we won't ask you to complete a full registration just to have an initial conversation. Where appropriate, we're happy to discuss your experience and put your profile forward on a speculative basis first. We'll only ask you to complete our registration and compliance process once we believe there is a strong possibility of securing you a role.

We'd particularly like to hear from:

• Primary Teachers interested in moving into SEMH
• Qualified Teachers with previous SEMH or SEND experience
• Experienced Teaching Assistants
• Candidates with experience in SEND, SEMH or alternative provision
• Mainstream education staff interested in moving into a more specialist environment

Experience within SEMH would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in speaking with good educators who have the right temperament, resilience and ability to build strong relationships with young people.
