EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

£14.00 per hour | Streatham, London SW16

Revive is partnering with an established early years setting in Streatham to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to children's lives?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed practitioner to join a warm, supportive and professional team.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children.

You will:

• Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Follow children's individual interests and support their development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observe, assess and record children's progress
• Support children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Passionate about working with young children
• Warm, caring and enthusiastic
• Creative and able to provide engaging learning experiences
• Reliable and committed to their role
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• Keen to develop their skills and progress within the Early Years sector

Training & Career Development

You will receive a full induction, ongoing support from the senior team and clear opportunities for career development and progression.

Salary & Benefits

£14.00 per hour

• 32–40 hours per week
• Full-time: 5 days per week
• Part-time: 4 days per week
• Working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm
• 28 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays, based on a 40-hour week
