Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant – EYFS/KS1 – NG8

£100–£110 per day | Full-time | September start

Class Mate is recruiting for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support children across EYFS and KS1 in a primary school in NG8.

You’ll help pupils with additional needs access learning, develop communication and independence, and make positive progress in their early education.

The Role

  • Provide classroom and targeted SEND support
  • Support children with communication and learning needs
  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group activities
  • Support phonics, early reading and communication
  • Encourage independence and positive behaviour
  • Work alongside teachers and SEND staff

We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare or a related subject
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • EYFS or KS1 experience
  • Understanding of early learning and development
  • Caring and patient approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding
