Teaching Personnel Cardiff is working closely with a number of welcoming Welsh-medium primary schools across Cardiff who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

The Role
  • Supporting pupils in the classroom across a range of year groups.

  • Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate.

We're Looking For
  • Fluent Welsh speaker (essential).

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred.

  • We also welcome applications from Welsh speakers with little or no classroom experience who are eager to begin a career in education.

  • A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
