Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding primary school role?

The Supply Register is working in partnership with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust to recruit a Level 3 TA for Charnock Hall Primary Academy, supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2.

This is a flexible opportunity offering immediate and September 2026 starts, with access to both supply work and longer-term placements.

Key responsibilities:
• Deliver structured support in class and small groups
• Lead targeted intervention sessions
• Assist teachers in planning and learning delivery
• Support pupils with varied learning needs
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

We’re looking for:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting learning in primary education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence leading group activities
• A positive, consistent approach to pupil support
