Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Repairs Manager to join our client, a well-established and growing lift engineering company. This is an exciting opportunity for a lift industry professional to take ownership of a successful repairs department, lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence across repair projects.


Commutable from: Dartford, Bexley, Sidcup, Greenhithe, Gravesend, Welling, Bexleyheath, Orpington, Erith, Bromley, Chislehurst, and surrounding areas.



The Lift Repairs Manager Role

  • Lead lift repair projects from quotation through to successful completion
  • Produce repair quotations based on breakdowns, LOLER reports, and engineer recommendations
  • Conduct site surveys to assess scope, access, safety, and technical requirements
  • Build strong client relationships through meetings, technical support, and project management
  • Prepare and manage RAMS, ensuring full Health & Safety compliance
  • Procure materials efficiently, maintaining cost control and project timelines
  • Manage and support three engineering teams, including scheduling, technical guidance, audits, and compliance
  • Oversee repair projects via the CRM system, ensuring efficient planning, tracking, and delivery
  • Carry out site audits to maintain quality, safety, and company standards
  • Champion exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and reliability


The Lift Repairs Manager Candidate

  • Proven experience in lift repairs, service management, or a senior technical role within the lift industry
  • Strong understanding of lift engineering practices, Health & Safety, & RAMS
  • Experience in pricing, quoting, and fully managing repair works.
  • Confident leader with the ability to manage multiple engineering teams and workloads effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills
  • Professional and customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM and job management systems, ideally Joblogic
  • Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
