Job Title: Linisher
Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 02:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Linisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kingswinford.
Key Responsibilities- Operating hand-held grinders and linishing equipment.
- Finishing and preparing metal components to required specifications.
- Removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
- Conducting visual quality checks on completed work.
- Previous experience using hand-held grinders and linishers is essential.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Standard rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Unsocial hours: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
- Saturday: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
- Sunday: Paid at 2x standard rate.
