Linisher

Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Linisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kingswinford.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating hand-held grinders and linishing equipment.
• Finishing and preparing metal components to the required specifications.
• Removing burrs, sharp edges and surface imperfections.
• Carrying out visual quality checks on completed work.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience using hand-held grinders and linishers is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Overtime

• £15.40 per hour (£14 on days)
• Monday to Friday 1.5x standard rate (on standard rate).
• Saturday: 1.5x standard rate (on standard rate).
• Sunday: 2x standard rate (on standard rate).
