Litigation Solicitor (5 + PQE) in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire that is looking to strengthen its established Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor at 5+ PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded litigator looking for a broad caseload, genuine client exposure and a clear route for progression within a growing team.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own matters while also working alongside experienced senior lawyers on larger and more complex cases.

The opportunity:

• Established and progressive Dispute Resolution team
• Broad range of general, civil and commercial disputes
• Exposure to property litigation and contentious probate
• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
• Regular client contact and responsibility for case strategy
• Court, mediation and settlement experience
