Position: Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor
Location: West London
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
Duration: Minimum 12 months with opportunity to extend
Start date: Early December
Rate: £355 to £415 per day, depending on experience

Running an estate administration caseload, including grants of probate and asset distribution
Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
Preparing inheritance tax and estate accounts
Supporting clients and families through bereavement and complex estates
