This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced supply chain team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and international markets.

Your new role
As Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating third-party transport requirements
• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of products
• Manage relationships with haulage providers
• Monitor transport performance
• Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistics issues that arise

You will also play an important role in:

• Customs compliance
• Managing TSS requirements
• Bonded movements
• HMRC customs processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent experience within a logistics, transport planning or supply chain environment
• Experience coordinating third-party haulage and transport providers
• Knowledge of customs procedures, TSS requirements and customs compliance
• Experience managing bonded goods movements and HMRC processes
• Understanding of import and export operations
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel and logistics or transport management systems
• Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous
• Familiarity with customs software or HMRC online systems would be beneficial
