Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and optimising supply chain operations, ensuring seamless transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with knowledge in logistics, warehousing and process optimisation to contribute to Arvato's efficiency and growth.
Duties Involved;
- Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
- Carrier related queries.
- Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
Your profile
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.
