Prospero Teaching
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and other professionals to support each pupil's individual learning journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs (preferred but not essential).
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
