Salary: £19,118 per annum (pro rata), based on a full-time equivalent salary of £25,183

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant / Sports Coach on a permanent, full-time basis from September. The successful Learning Support Assistant / Sports Coach will support students across the curriculum while also helping to deliver and promote sports activities, encouraging participation, teamwork, confidence, and positive engagement both inside and outside of the classroom.

The successful Learning Support Assistant / Sports Coach will have:

• Maths and English at Level 2 or GCSE equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Experience coaching sports or leading physical activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
