M&E Site Manager to work on  statement buildings projects across the West Midlands.In particular Birmingham. This M&E Site Manager must have experience of fit-outs and refurbishment projects. As a proven M&E Site Manager you will be delivering elite large scale M&E projects in excess of upto £10m. 

You will be responsible for

• Site Management 
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery 
• Management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies 
• Health and Safety input and supervision
• Quality 
• Audits
• Building Services Management

This role will suit - 

Mechanical Site Manager , Electrical Site Manager
