Shift Pattern: Rotating Double Day Shift
- Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering permanent work, full training, and the chance to develop your skills within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Setting up machines and making basic adjustments where required.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Loading materials and removing finished products from the production line.
- Reporting any machine faults or production issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work a rotating double day shift.
- Pay rate of £13.59 per hour.
- Weekly rotating shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm).
