Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 x Days, 2 x Nights - 12-hour shifts)

We are currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join a busy food manufacturing site in Knowsley. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing work within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Setting up and monitoring machines during production runs.
• Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Working towards production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience is essential.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is essential.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Flexible to work a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
