Machine Operator

Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operative for a Temp to Perm position working at our clients site in Oldham.

The work will involve:

• Setting & Operating Machines
• Minding machines
• Quality Checking during Production
• Reporting any defects
• End of line Packing/Wrapping
• Manually moving finished goods with pallet trucks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The working times and pay are:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00-14:00 (06:00-11:00 Friday) / 14:00-22:00 (11:00-16:00 Friday)
• Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern
• £15.50 p/h initially
• Pay increase upon going perm to £16.50 p/h
• 37.5 Hours Per Week
• Breaks Paid
• Overtime available and paid at x 1.5 midweek and x 2 on weekends
• Temp to perm role for suitable candidates

Essential Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing essential
• Machine Operating experience essential and demonstrated on CV
• Quality checking
• Attention to detail
• Candidates need to be physically fit for a manual role with some heavy lifting
