Role: Machine Operative

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Rotating two‑shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons)
Pay: £15.37 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available

A fantastic opportunity has become available for Machine Operative to join a busy and fast‑paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with factory or production experience who takes pride in safety, quality and teamwork.

The Role:

• Operating and setting up machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults
• Completing production records accurately
• Carrying out routine checks, minor adjustments and basic maintenance
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, PPE, safety and quality

The Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a similar production role
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable approach to quality and safety
• Basic IT skills (Excel, SAP); knowledge of MES advantageous
• Basic mechanical understanding for routine checks and adjustments
• Reach FLT licence desirable but not essential
