Continental Shifts: 06:30–18:30 / 18:30–06:30

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance & Automation Technician to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping automated production equipment running safely and efficiently, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic fault-finding
- Maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment
- PLC, robotics & HMI support
- Preventative and reactive maintenance
- Installation and optimisation of new equipment
- Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Working to LOTO, 5S and Safe Systems of Work
Essential Experience
HNC in Electrical Engineering
Mechatronics or related discipline
Time-served electrical apprenticeship
Hands-on KUKA and/or ABB robotics experience
Strong Siemens TIA Portal experience
Certified PLC programming capability
Experience with Atlas Copco/Ingersoll Rand tooling
Vision system experience
