FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join an established company, working across housing association and social housing contracts throughout Scotland's Central Belt.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician who enjoys a varied role, carrying out maintenance and repairs across domestic properties.

The Role:

🔹 Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across social housing properties
🔹 Fault finding, diagnostics and electrical repairs
🔹 Completing electrical testing and remedial works
🔹 Attending day-to-day maintenance jobs across housing association contracts
🔹 Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
🔹 Liaising with tenants and housing association representatives

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Fully qualified Electrician – SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
✔️ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✔️ Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing
✔️ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✔️ Inspection & Testing qualifications desirable
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence
