Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Up to £51,137
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights (2 days, 2 nights)

Key Responsibilities:
-
Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
-
Supporting breakdown response and ensuring rapid recovery of production
-
Working in line with health, safety, and environmental procedures
-
Ensuring all parts and spares are logged and recorded correctly
-
Driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the maintenance department
-
Basic fault finding on two-phase motors and related electrical components
Requirements:
-
Experience in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment
-
Strong electrical fault finding and problem-solving ability
-
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and planned maintenance systems
-
Comfortable in a hands-on maintenance environment
