Maintenance Plumber

Plumber (Static Site)

Location: York

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a static site maintenance team based in York. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, site-based role with regular hours, optional overtime, and no on-call requirement.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks across the site, including:

• Routine water system flushing in line with compliance requirements
• Checking and recording hot and cold water outlet temperatures
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks
• Clearing blockages
• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or City & Guilds Plumbing qualification (essential)
• L8 qualification would be highly desirable
• Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar plumbing maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day maintenance tasks

• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Overtime available
• No on-call rota
• Stable, permanent position on a single static site
