Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 hours | 8am – 4.30pm (1 day WFH)
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience coordinating maintenance or facilities services? Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for a Maintenance Support Coordinator to support one of the UK's most prestigious military training establishments.

You will support the delivery of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) by managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring work orders are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with operational teams and the helpdesk, you'll help maintain compliance, achieve KPIs, and provide first-class administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules within the CAFM system.
- Raise, issue and close PPM work orders, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate.
- Monitor PPM performance against KPIs, following up on overdue or outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate access, permits and appointments with site teams and specialist contractors.
- Act as a key liaison between operational teams and the helpdesk to support planned maintenance delivery.
- Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and stored in line with compliance requirements.
- Proactively manage outstanding work orders to minimise delays and reduce operational risk.
- Review maintenance backlogs and take action to progress outstanding works.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within maintenance coordination, helpdesk or a similar administrative role.
- Good understanding of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Experience using CAFM systems (such as Maximo, Concept, Planet FM or similar).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can liaise with engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
