£45,000 - £49,000 DOE
Shift pattern; nights only Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
- Fault-find electrical control systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and breakdown records.
- Work closely with production and setting teams to improve machine availability and performance.
- Support continuous-improvement activities, including 5S, Lean and TPM.
Skills & Experience for Maintenance Technician
- Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- They will consider someone apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
