This growing Real Estate company based in Central London is renowned for their outstanding products and uncompromising approach. The company has been growing constantly and is looking for an Innovative Management Accountant to lead and drive change through their finance function.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Core responsibilities include:
> Preparing monthly MI packs and management reports.

> Preparing cost reports using information received from our commercial and operational teams.
> Managing the sales and purchase ledger, producing debtor and creditor reports for the Directors.
> Supporting cash flow reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
> Supporting the MD with budgeting, reporting and other finance-related tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

> Candidates must have strong academic skills and be actively studying towards professional accounting qualifications (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
> High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
> Previous line management experience.
