We're looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building positive relationships, developing people and helping projects achieve successful commercial outcomes.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, working closely with clients and colleagues while supporting the continued success of our projects and teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting a team of Quantity Surveyors
• Working collaboratively with operational and estimating teams
• Managing commercial delivery from tender stage through to final account
• Supporting cost control, forecasting and financial performance
• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Providing clear commercial guidance and reporting
• Helping projects achieve successful outcomes safely and efficiently

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, developing others and building strong relationships, alongside:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Extensive civil engineering experience, ideally within highways or structures
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good commercial awareness and financial management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
