Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Self-Starter: You can generate your own leads and turn them into long-term business relationships.
  • Creative with Strategy: You’re open to new ideas and know how to think outside the box to generate business.
  • Sales Experience: You’ve sold digital products like websites, marketing services, or media and have a strong understanding of what clients need to succeed.
  • Agency Background: Ideally, you’ve worked in a digital agency before, so you understand the pace, the pressure, and the rewards.
  • Marketing Savvy: Have an understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate high-potential leads through targeted outreach and various lead generation methods.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with key decision-makers to present compelling cases for our services.
  • Outbound Sales: Make proactive outbound calls to our existing prospect database, including cold calls.
  • Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly and efficiently to all inbound inquiries via calls, emails, or website forms.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop insightful proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Performance Goals: Consistently meet performance targets with a self-directed, process-focused approach.
  • Reporting: Regularly update management on your sales performance and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to maximise existing resources and build strong alliances with potential clients.
