About the Role
We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join an established and highly respected professional services business based in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, creative and commercially minded marketing professional who is looking to develop their career within a professional environment.
Working closely with the Marketing Partner and wider Marketing Team, you will play an important role in delivering the firm's marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness and supporting continued business growth across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities
As Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging articles, newsletters, website content and video content
- Managing and maintaining the company's website using WordPress
- Supporting SEO activity and monitoring website performance
- Managing and developing the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and circulating newsletters to clients and contacts
- Assisting with Google Ads/Google AdWords activity
- Planning, organising and attending in-person and online events
- Supporting wider marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Monitoring marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and reach
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing and enjoys working across a varied range of projects.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Marketing, Communications or Business role
- A good understanding of digital marketing
- Experience using WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and/or Google Ads
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A creative approach with strong attention to detail
- The confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider team
