Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking to make a real impact within a growing construction business?
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take ownership of our brand, social media presence, and marketing activity across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and showcasing high-quality construction projects.
The Role
You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering marketing content that promotes the business, our projects, and our people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing the company's social media platforms
- Creating engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, and project updates
- Producing regular LinkedIn campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Updating and maintaining the company website
- Supporting bid submissions and presentation materials
- Creating marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, and newsletters
- Organising and attending site visits to capture project content
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth initiatives
- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Ability to create and edit photo and video content
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Construction, engineering, property, or built environment experience is advantageous
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000
