We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to lead the marketing operations team across a variety of activities. We are a growing business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the marketing operations team, working alongside teams such as marketing, DCE, controls, finance and sourcing, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills and make an impact.
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the marketing and growth team across planning, processes, vendor management, budget management and other operational activities.

Lead a high-performing team of passionate marketers to optimise Marketing Operations and refine the existing target operating model by:
- Supporting with planning activities across the Marketing & Growth team in partnership with Markets and Strategy teams to track and enable delivery at pace.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the team to develop and implement new processes and identify improvements to existing processes with a focus on simplification through automation and AI.
- Supporting Procurement teams with the assessment and onboarding of new vendors and agencies and management of existing vendors including agreement renewals, relationship management, performance review and resource planning.
- Driving and owning end-to-end projects within the Marketing Operations team including capability implementation and automation delivery.
- Managing the Marketing & Growth budgets across two brands, working with Markets needs to ascertain demand and Finance teams to track and monitor spend.
- Working alongside Controls, Regulatory and Legal partners to respond to internal and external governance reporting requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
- BA/BS degree, ideally in Business-related or Marketing degree
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and experience in delivery of executive-ready outputs
- Self-starting attitude with excellent attention to detail and organisational and time management skills
- Team player who works collaboratively and has strong team and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Experience in Financial Services and/or regulated market appreciated
