Marketing Manager – About The Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will take ownership of the company's marketing activity across multiple channels, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This broad and rewarding role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across digital marketing, social media, CRM management, content creation, events, advertising, and brand development. As the business continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Own, manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, and brand identity across relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, manage and optimise paid social media campaigns and Google PPC activity, monitoring budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Create targeted email marketing campaigns and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting.
- Brand Development: Support and enhance brand awareness across digital and offline channels, ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines and company positioning.
- Advertising & PR: Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns across relevant industry publications and trade media.
- Events Management: Support the organisation and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, marketing materials, and promotional activity.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance across marketing channels, analyse results, manage budgets, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
