Infinity Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and growing Peterborough-based business in the appointment of an experienced Marketing Manager.   This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys having ownership of their work and seeing campaigns translate into real business results.    You’ll take the lead on the company’s marketing activity, developing and delivering campaigns across digital and traditional channels, supporting business growth and managing a small marketing team.   This is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, PR and other marketing communications.
• Managing PPC activity, lead generation campaigns and monitoring campaign performance.
• Analysing marketing data and results to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Conducting competitor and market research to support commercial decision-making.
• Developing the company’s brand presence and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
• Leading, supporting and developing a small marketing team.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.

About You

We’re looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.   You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience across both digital and traditional marketing.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and social media skills.
• Hands-on experience managing PPC and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Previous experience supporting or managing a marketing team.
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments.
• Previous experience within an FCA-regulated environment is essential.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to understand marketing performance and business objectives.
• A creative approach, with the confidence to bring new ideas and initiatives to the table.
