Marketplace Fulfilment Supervisor

Do you enjoy working in a busy warehouse where teamwork, accuracy and responsibility matter?

We are looking for a reliable and organised person to help lead our fulfilment team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for making sure customer orders are packed and dispatched on time while supporting the smooth running of the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support the fulfilment team each day.
• Help manage warehouse operations and support the Factory Manager.
• Pick, pack, label and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Manage returns, stock replenishment and stock checks.
• Support general warehouse and production tasks when required.
• Use warehouse systems, barcode scanners and Microsoft Business Central.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and help improve warehouse processes.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Willing to learn new systems and take responsibility for your work.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse software.

Desirable

• Warehouse, fulfilment or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift licence, First Aid qualification, or experience with Microsoft Business Central.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Some flexibility may be needed during busy periods to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
