We are currently seeking a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership group in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Duties of a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Repair and service vehicles to high standards
  • Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults
  • Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, general faults
  • Complete work following DVSA standards and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Assist in mentoring junior technicians and ensuring workshop productivity
Requirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician
  • Level 3 vehicle technician qualification or equivalent
  • Additional Master Technician or Accredited Technician qualifications preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools needed for the role
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
