Think FE is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Maths Teachers to join a supportive and forward-thinking further education college in Moulton.

The role You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of individual learners
- Support students to develop their mathematical knowledge, skills and confidence
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create an inclusive, positive and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College
- Maintain accurate assessment and learner progress records
About you The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified or aspiring teacher with strong Maths subject knowledge
- Passionate about helping learners achieve their potential
- Able to deliver creative, engaging and accessible lessons
- Committed to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment
- Supportive, organised and confident in managing a diverse classroom
- Willing to contribute positively to the wider College community
Relevant teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification would be advantageous. Applications from early career teachers and candidates working towards a teaching qualification are also encouraged.
