Join a growing manufacturer of bespoke machinery where your skills will make a real impact. Working on a variety of complex machine builds, you'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and fault-finding on high-quality specialist equipment while helping to lead a small team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical fitter or machine builder who enjoys hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and seeing projects through from build to completion.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in machine building, mechanical fitting, or machinery assembly
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong knowledge of pneumatics and mechanical systems
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous
