I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a growing, fast-paced Design & Build contractor delivering projects across the building services sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical estimating background who thrives in a fast-track environment, enjoys working to tight deadlines and wants to be part of a business delivering high-quality projects from pre-construction through to completion.

🔧 The Role:

• Preparing accurate mechanical estimates and cost plans for Design & Build projects.

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

• Producing detailed take-offs and bills of quantities.

• Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.

• Working closely with the design, commercial and project delivery teams.

• Managing multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-track environment.

👷 The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the M&E / MEP industry.

• Experience pricing Design & Build projects.

• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations.

• Comfortable working in a fast-track environment with tight tender deadlines.

• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
