💰 £65,000 + Bonus | Excellent Benefits Package

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a large-scale residential development in Basildon.

This is a great opportunity to join an established contractor delivering a major residential scheme, with a competitive salary, excellent benefits and the chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

🔧 The Role:

• Overseeing mechanical installations across a large residential development.

• Managing mechanical subcontractors and site-based trades.

• Coordinating works with electrical teams and the wider construction team.

• Ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

• Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

• Attending site meetings and reporting on project progress.

✅ The Package:

• £65,000 basic salary + bonus

• Fully paid travel

👷 The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor.

• Strong background in mechanical building services / MEP.

• Experience working on large-scale residential projects would be highly advantageous.

• Confident managing subcontractors, coordinating installations and driving site progress.
