HVAC Site Engineer / Mechanical Fitter

£31,500 - £41,000 DOE
45-hour week initially (reducing to 40 hours)
Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Company Van | Fuel Card | Paid Travel | Overtime

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Building Services contractor specialising in HVAC, Air Handling Units (AHUs), ventilation and decarbonisation projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK.

The Role

• AHU refurbishment and upgrade projects
• Ventilation system installations
• Mechanical fitting and HVAC project work
• Decarbonisation projects
• Pipework modifications and coil changes
• Predominantly project-based work with occasional reactive call-outs
• Mobile role covering London, the South and occasional nationwide projects
• Paid travel time
• Occasional staying away (fully funded accommodation and subsistence)

About You

• Experience as a Mechanical Fitter, HVAC Engineer, AC Installer, Maintenance Engineer or Pipefitter
• Candidates with transferable mechanical or electrical skills are encouraged to apply
• AHU experience is advantageous but not essential
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong team ethic
