Mechanical Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with knowledge of decarbonisation / infrastructure including air source heat pumps. Our Client is a good M&E Building Services Sub Contractor. Projects are typically Category A Commercial Fitout Projects ranging up to approx. £15m M&E Value. All Work is Central London.

In addition to a basic salary to approx. 85K there is a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, paid travel and bonus system.

Relevant qualifications and experience of mainstream Mechanical Building Services Project Management required, ideally on Commercial new build and refurbishment projects in London. Solid, professional Mechanical Project Management position with reputable group.
